Located on a quiet cove in Cline Ridge neighborhood, this lake house has a private dock w/ a slide, and just a few steps to the water.
Lower level: 3 bedrooms (1 king bed with private en-suite bathroom, 1 queen bedroom, and 4 Twin XL bunk bed room), hallway bathroom, laundry room, living room with fireplace, kitchen-bar, pool table, and covered back porch with a charcoal grill.
Main level: 2 bedrooms (1 king bed with private en-suite bathroom, 1 queen bedroom), full hallway bathroom, large dining room with 2 dining tables, kitchen with island seating, laundry room, and living room with gorgeous stone fireplace and beams.
Upstairs is a bunk room (2 Twin XL beds) and a movie/bonus room with 2 pull out futons for extra guests.
Closest boat ramp is the Tim's Ford Lake Public Use Area on Cline Ridge Rd near the dam.
Lakeview Marina and Tim's Ford Marina are the two closest marinas.
Things to note for your stay: Please bring your own wood for the fire pit and charcoal for the Big XL Green Egg grill. Natural Lump Charcoal tastes the best and is preferred. French press and regular drip coffee maker on site. Starter supply of household supplies (toilet paper, paper towel roll, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags) included with shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and soaps.
